I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Opened card decks
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are applied on a case by case basis.
- I offer FULL refunds if your item(s) have not yet shipped!
- I offer refunds if I accidentally ship you the wrong item (but would greatly prefer to just send you the correct item).
- If you've received the wrong item, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the package.
- YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM. Please, please do not just send the item back then request a refund.
- Unless otherwise stated, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- I cannot offer refunds for damaged, used, or opened products. I cannot offer refunds on card decks that have been opened.
- I also don't offer refunds if you didn't read the product listing and ordered something you didn't want (seriously... please read those). Or if you decide you don't want or like it AFTER receiving it.
- All of the artwork for my card decks is available on this website. Please make sure you enjoy this artwork before purchasing any of these decks. I can not accept a return for a card deck if you've decided you do not like the artwork.
- All returns will be inspected once received. Returned items that are in poor condition or cannot be resold will not be refunded.
- I cannot offer refunds on original paintings, wholesale orders, or commissioned pieces once the item(s) have shipped.
- The cost of returning the item is the buyers responsibility, unless I made a mistake with your order.
