Welcome to the new website!

First, I want to thank everyone who’s been asking about the site update! When Andy asked me to update the website I didn’t expect it to take almost a year to finish!

But here it is, after 10 months of start and stop work, accidentally deleting all of my progress twice, and fumbling my way through coding tutorials and forum posts, the website is at the point where it feels finished, or at least presentable.

So, what’s new?

A lot! Most of my time was devoted to familiarizing myself with the changes to international tax laws, figuring out which countries we can still sell to directly and which countries we can only sell to through Etsy.

If you’re curious about those things, check out the Tax page and the Shipping page!

Here’s a brief summary:

  • Currently we don’t meet any US state thresholds to be required to collect sales tax!

  • Shipping in the United States is free, with the exception of some larger original paintings, but those are clearly noted.

  • Canada is similar, we don’t meet any provinces’ threshold, with the possible exception of Saskatchewan but it seems like they expect y’all to self report.

  • UK and EU, your countries require collection of tax on all transactions, so I tried for months to get setup with your new VAT laws, but both entities require non-residents to hire a local accountant to file on our behalf and we couldn’t make that happen. Until that changes you’ll have to order from our Etsy shop.

  • The is also true for any country that requires tax collected on all online sales.

But that’s all of the boring business stuff! What else is new?

  • New prints added to the shop

  • Speaking of Print: ever wondered about prints? There’s now a detailed Print FAQ page.

  • Speaking of Shop: the Skull Basket changes as you add items to your cart!

  • New images and videos added to the portfolio!

  • Since they’re no longer in print both the Skullgarden Coloring Book and 100 Skulls have been added to the portfolio. If you feel like coloring any of those you can easily save them!

  • Plus a bunch of extra fun things that I’ve added to the site!

Please take a moment to look over the site! If anything looks off or out of place, please feel free to let me know.
