Astral pilgrims

• This was the first painting of mine to feature one of these little guys. We began calling them Astral Pilgrims, and they can be found in a number of other paintings I’ve done over the years.

  • Sometimes they are standard humanoid figures adorned in fur covered cloaks and antlered hoods like seen here

  • Sometimes they are more amorphous spirit-like figures that lack specific shape or definition.
